  Quite honestly, that loss didn't "hurt" that much. They are only painful when your team is actually in contention for something. Sure, the lack of pass defense was bullshit, but this was just another loss in many in Seven's tenure.

  1990 UCLA. The NC was all but in the bag. Its impossible to overstate how brutal that loss was.

  Here's a random one to think about: Imagine beating Miami in 2001 instead of getting plungered 65-7. Not that it was ever going to happen, but a win by UW in that game in an alternate universe changes some things

  If you were alive then and didn't say 1990 UCLA you should be killed by Lambright's bare hands.
  
  That was a fucking brutal loss. The USC '84 game was bad, but at the time it wasn't abundantly clear it was costing us a Natty.
  
  UCLA 1990 was the worst feeling I've ever had as a sports fan.
