A lot of teams benefitted from the extra Covid year. Washington and Michigan did a lot because they had players signed by a coach and staff that are exceptional at talent assessment, development and they didn't have a bunch of guys like Georgia or Alabama who are guaranteed big time draft picks after their third year. Oregon, for example, got a quarterback who got to play a fifth year of starting college football and has another one this year.
I hate Vanilla. Was replying to a thread within a thread within a thread of someone explaining that UW wasn't the only school to benefit from the COVID year.
I'm surprisingly not as bad as I would assume. I kind of feel like the Coug. Our program ended when we lost the natty and DeBoer left and our last chance to do anything was to get a meaningless revenge win over Michigan.

You've convinced me we manage 6 wins and get the all important extra practices bowl a la Sark in year 3 or whatever.
7 wins with a TUFF bowl win against #myvandals in Vegas.

What are we talking about now? I thought we were talking about Washington's season and your recent panic attack.
COVID seems unrelated.

Cuogs on X: "JUST BOUGHT MY PLANE TICKET TO SAN DIEGO ST!!!" that haven't been to a WSU game since 2018.
I'm not giving those losers the satisfaction of caring about this game. B1G schedule matters, not a non-con game in a shit tier pro stadium.
Bump for the MIGHTY San José State Spartans
Bump.

We might have a progrum again one day, could take 8, 16, 32 years. Any more than that and football won’t exist.
Can maybe find a coach outta all this… need a 5 win fish
we? have 30 yr runs. Hopefully I’m dead in 30 yrs though.
You only bring up the times you were right
6-6 still in reach! Finish strong boys!
I love the bowl game extra practice copium when half the 2025 starters for UW aren't even on the roster.
The cup is half full
