Saw the playoff did record viewership on Saturday so was curious how the rest of bowl season had shaken out.

National Brand Oregon hit 3.1 million viewers in their baseball game vs. UNC.

Lowly Washington was able to squeak out 4.8 million viewers while being pitted against a Cowboys game
on TNF.

Anytime your average draw is Wake/Missouri/Syracuse/Minnesota levels, it screams National Brand.

So a game on cable that started at 9 Eastern on a weeknight, beat a game on Fox that started an hour earlier. LOL

What a blockhead you are Bill.

    Gee golly, that’s amazing.

What does the time they started have to do with anything. The Holiday Bowl was on 12/23; the Alamo Bowl was on 12/29.

You think a majority of the viewers tuned into the Alamo Bowl to see Washington?

The 4.8 million viewers tuned into see Texas play anybody in a better bowl game.

What would the ratings be if Oregon had played University of Texas in the Alamo Bowl?

Texas is big-time. They have their own network.

What was the viewership for the NFL game on Amazon Prime?

Haie: You’ve already used the baseball stadium schtick more than once . . .

“Lowly” Washington played a blue blood program with a huge following in a better bowl game.

Oregon played in a lower level bowl game than the Alamo Bowl and they didn’t deserve to be in a better game.

One game was on a Friday night, the day before Christmas Eve (the Holiday Bowl).

The other game was on a Thursday night between Christmas and New Years Day (the Alamo Bowl).

Texas has a HUGE football fanbase. North Carolina does in basketball. Football, not so much.

There were 2 games on and your viewership was from Twxas, not you and ours had a basketball school. If you look all year, we dominated you fucks in tv viewership.

    lol

The Holiday Bowl was the night before. You just listed a bunch of lame excuses. The ratings weren't even close, and those bowls are both second tier, mid level bowls. Take your meds, it might help (probably not actually).

Honestly, I don't think any school should be proud of those figures. In FBS, you need to be in the 75-80% range before you can celebrate. That just tells me, the entire conference has been a shit show for almost an entire decade.

Washington has one outlier 4 win season bringing it down to 70.

So people tuned in to watch Texas. Is this shocking? Somehow I have to believe the number would be the same if they played Utah. Just a non-doog take.

I'm just gonna go ahead and use the last five years because I like the numbers for Oregon. And it's an entire recruiting class cycling through.

    UO: 45-16
    uw: 36-20

    Class of the Coast!

Washington Texas is just a classic timeless matchup. No white trash Oregon. Everybody love it!

lol basically that just skews UW's 4 win season and the fact that Oregon played like 4 more games in 2020 😆

Fred Flintstone is pretty salty today after his 12 hour shift of breaking rocks while the the doogs still vacation 🍺

Where did anyone ever say that the Oregon national brand was equivalent to Texas?

Why are you so ass hurt over the fact that it's not just Oregon fans who identify Oregon as a National Brand?

You do know that right, moron?

You have a nice little program, you should be happy and stop obsessing over Oregon.
