Found this little puppy today, assembled, cooked all the special coatings off it and grilled/smoked some chicken today. This SOB only cost $83 and weighs 42 lbs

Went to the Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot BBQ today - similar to where I am except 5 miles further out in the sticks.
smoked turkey, brisket and spare ribs. side dishes at these places are nothing special but good corn bread and Mac and Cheese
