I actually run this drill on the range during training. Officers on the line loaded holstered. An officer behind the shooter 7 yards. On the signal the officers try and draw and for before being touched on the shoulder by the officer 7 yards behind. Not as realistic time wise as doing it dry with training guns as the officers running have to stop and can't over run or run into the shooter.
Most fail.
Knives are scary as Hell. If you've never seen the damage they can do its eye opening. Someone that knows how to really use them is nightmare bad.
