You take your victim into custody as you find them. The MN cops aren't skating on that.NorthwestFresh said:Still didn’t deserve to die, but according to breaking reports...
Police body cam footage may not be favorable for the prosecution.
BREAKING: Full George Floyd autopsy reveals his blood concentration of the powerful street opioid fentanyl was 4 times the level known to cause "fatalities." Floyd also had speed & marijuana in system. First arresting officer on scene saw "foam" around mouth, asked if "on anything.” -
No, and it won't change the narrative now ... genie is out the bottle. But if the guy was hopped up on a chemical cocktail, it should make a difference in court if, as I suspect would be the case, that contributed to his demise.TurdBomber said:

Because, right or wrong, I've seen my share of cops hitting a victim pretty hard with overwhelming force. Especially in Miami back in the day - you didn't fuck with Miami cops because they would fuck you up and nobody said shit. Especially the Cuban cops. All fucking Canseco'd up huge dudes who were ready to rumble. Didn't see one die. That normally required gun fight. So if this guy's blood stream was loaded with dangerous chemicals, it's relevant unless we're in a kangaroo court. -
How do you survive 4 times the lethal dose of fetanyl? If he had dropped dead that's one thing. That tells me that the Medic 1 team may be in trouble as well. Like Turd said, you put him on the ground for 8 minutes you bought it. At least partial hence manslaughter.

Tolerance is a thing. There is a reason the bodycam footage with audio hasn’t been released to the public.RaceBannon said:How do you survive 4 times the lethal dose of fetanyl? It would just be nice to have all information available at once to quell suspicions. -

No I didn't but the rookie with a few days on hasn't even been allowed to drive a police car and he's been told to shut up and observe. The guy kneeling on his neck was in charge most likely.creepycoug said:

This. Deserves a couple hundred Chins.RaceBannon said:To me the important thing is charging the other three cops
That will actually bring about real change
When a cop witnesses another cop applying excessive force - when it's clearly excessive - he can't stand by and watch another cop commit a crime right in front of him. And if he participates in the cover-up, he's an accessory. I want them all charged so we can hear all of their testimony, including cross-examination. That's the best version of the facts we'll ever get and if they plea out to something minuscule, we'll never know as much as we should. -
if you are anywhere near the fatal level of an opioid in your blood, I dont think you’re going to be conscious and talking to peopleRaceBannon said:How do you survive 4 times the lethal dose of fetanyl? I don't get everyone going Quincy MD on these autopsies. Leave that to defense attorneys. -

Not to go all wag the dog/obk but is it possible dude was already dead, they dropped him and dubbed in the whole I can’t breathe shit?
I don’t know what the fuck or who the fuck to believe lately. There’s more lying lately than a Korean dog market.

What you think doesn’t really matter, and the speed could conceivably act as a speedball dose.WilburHooksHands said:

they have to hang at least one cop - doesn't matter what the film, autopsy, or anyone says. If he gets off our fucked up cities will burn.
sacrifice one for the greater good. -

If he had that much fentanyl in his system that just means he had a fucking championship level tolerance built up
As other said, that probably contributed to his death (along with meth, quite the upper downer combo)
However, he was alive and talking and conscious before the knee went on the neck for a ridiculous amount of time. There is no justification for that, ever. -
If we're bashing high tolerances for fentanyl or meth, I'm out.
Too Soon? -

Is a plea deal even an option here? What would placate the masses and be fair to all involved?
