To me the important thing is charging the other three cops

What did they charge them with? Criminal indifference? I do not disagree that they suck, but it's hard for me to determine what specifically they did wrong that is provable. Easy for a defense attorney to say "my dude was doing crowd control and could not see what was going on" or whatever (pick 30 defenses that amount to my dude didn't touch him and can't possibly be at fault). Hard to look uninvolved. One was asking Derek if they should get off him, but clearly he should have done more.

One of the cops charged, it was his 3rd day on the job and he spoke up twice to 20 year vet Chauvin and was shot down
He isnt getting convicted of anything
