If he had that much fentanyl in his system that just means he had a fucking championship level tolerance built up

As other said, that probably contributed to his death (along with meth, quite the upper downer combo)

However, he was alive and talking and conscious before the knee went on the neck for a ridiculous amount of time. There is no justification for that, ever.
