Just got off the phone with my Penn State friends. They were all very pleased to see him go after he shit the bed for two years in Happy Valley. I'm sure being an assistant position coach for the mighty Jacksonville Jaguars really turned his career around. He's also barely touched the QB position in his career thus far, so we should be in good hands.

My only optimism with this hire is that everytime we have hired a "who?" coach they have turned out to be decent.

The only positive thing that the Penn State fans have to say about this guy is that he had to work with a depleted offense because of the heavy sanctions. Otherwise he is getting roasted.
