The dumbass conservatives are telling us not to believe our eyes and ears. Because he condemned them earlier in his comments doesn’t mean that he didn’t also call them (the neo-Nazis gathered at Charlottesville) very fine people. He doesn’t get credit for condemning them when he turns around and says what he said. It’s not that fucking complicated. He’s not absolved for his very fine people statement because he “totally condemned” them. He still said it.

The issue of removing historical statues didn't start that day Kunt and Trump specifically referenced the removal of not only the Robert E. Lee statute but also the possible removal of other historical statues.
