If nothing else it helps with program buy-in and belief in the scheme IMO.

The offense really needs all the positive momentum it can get.

I am glad Deboner closed the coaching search strong with a great hire. Glad Adams left and we upgraded. I know Adams could recruit, because everyone told me so, but all the people he recruited ended up sucking. So good riddance.
