1. Matt Campbell (least realistic, likely to USC or LSU if Fickell / Tucker pass)
2. Kalani Sitake (only making $2 million a year)
3. Kalen DeBoer (injuries have slowed his roll but should end up with 9 regular season wins)
4. Jay Norvell (not very exciting but should finish with 9 regular season wins and he has built a winner at Nevada)
Wildcard: California native Tom Herman. He lost the his team at the end of his last season but he's a great recruiter and likely learned some important lessons.

Matt Campbell has built Iowa State and would be a great hire.
Dave Aranda is from California and Baylor is paying him $4 million so it would take at least $6 to get him back to the West Coast. -
