Still clutching my shares. Too attached to do CCCs or CSPs and risk losing the shares.
They are trying to do a new equity offering (to the tune of 100,000,000 new shares) in the hopes of raising capital. An interesting comment by the CEO is that these new shares are not to be offered for anything less than $10/per.
Why? Speculation is either:
- possibly work on producing a supply chain for their Covid symptom reducing nasal spray - work on accelerating phase 3 fast track of Endoxifen breast cancer drug - better position themselves for a buyout - ?????? who fucking knows
I voted yes with my small fish shares. I'm 99% sure it would pass. CEO's don't make those kind of decisions without knowing that the big fish they are emailing back and forth with are going to vote "yes".
I think this is about the lowest the stock will drop. A smarter man than me would have sold at $7-9 after the end of June runup and then rebought right about now.
Got into ATER the other day. Didn’t know what they did, just saw they had over 30% short interest and 99.5% stock utilization so a squeeze was likely. Up 80% in three days

Dumped my options for profit. My shares im holding until who knows when. Probably stage 3 or buyout catalyst.
Lesson learned. Still above my cost basis so riding it out.
In 5 weeks it's went down almost 70% from a peak of 8.62 on June 25th.
Zzz

$4 calls for next week are actually pretty cheap despite the spike today.
