I hope Price can make a team. Right now, with his pocket presence, he doesn't stand a chance of making one or staying healthy. There is rarely a clean pocket in the NFL and even the guys who aren't fast can feel the rush and find the safe spots, either by sliding or stepping up. Very few teams carry three active QB's so he probably will have to get on a practice squad for a year or two. Price has some very bad habits and mechanics that need to change.
If I had to bet, I doubt he makes a team, but I wouldn't be shocked if he bounces around for a couple of years. Either way it will be interesting. -

Price has average pocket presence , still misses WIDE FUCKING OPEN receivers while his #1 5-star WR was shut of the play (which was often), and has ZERO escapability. He is a fucking statue. KP took a worse beating for lack of OL protection than I believe I've ever seen a Husky QB take for the three seasons he started, and yet he was still standing at the end of it. A tough kid who might still with the help of a good trainer develop a body that might hold-up in the NFL. No question he's got guts and football smarts, and given 3 seconds without getting creamed, KP has the arm strength and accuracy to possibly have a career if he gets the chance.

Price had plenty time if he could make a decision. When he stepped back into play action, if primary was covered he freaked and labored to get out of pocket. NO FUCKING eyes downfield. Took everything he had to break out pocket and if he made it it was throw away. No plays were extended outside the pocket for several reasons. The OLine for pass protection has always sucked under Sark/Cozzetto. Watch that Stanford game for some nice Keith Price creativity, as well as a pounding. I was not sure how he could finish the game, but he did.
Let's also not forget the game when Price outplayed RGIII. That was brilliant, and the Holt leak-fence lost the game.
But as a pro, I agree price is probably CFL material. But let's see if he can find a good trainer and make himself more durable. He will get some free agent trials, and then the tests will come. -
