He looks kinda slow but he is big and a sophomore. I think defense is his future
Rich Alexis pt II. His forty is the 4.5x region. If he keeps that he's going to be fine. Let's be real the fist 5 minutes of his HUDL may have be Flag Football. He was running untouched into the secondary. But what I liked seeing with the 45 yard gash he did against Eastside Catholic. 125 yards against EC probably put him on the map of legitimacy.
As a WoolleyDoog I love players from the old Northwest League teams and I've long suggested the Huskies should focus on recruiting RBs who can be at least 215. Approved except that since he's a mid-three star, Boner will lock him up early and then spend the rest of the recruiting class posting skeletons on Twitter and/or getting another 3-star out of Texas.
Love this kid. Better RB than Sam Adams IMO. He's like a more twitchy Richard Newton, with better change of direction. With good blocking he's easily a 1,000 yard back at UW.

He didnt look slow to me. The thing about speed is that it isnt rare. Chances are that even shitty HS programs will have kids with ~ 4.6, ~11.0 (100m) speed and they'll be playing in the secondary. This kid at 215 was quicker in the first 10-15 yards and faster from 15-60 yards than anyone else in his highlights. In most clips he was faster than anyone else by a mile.
Who was that huge RB we got like 15 or 20 years ago from Jackson High School or one of those schools up in the Mill Creek Area? I just wasted 5 minutes trying to remember and going through old recruiting classes and so now I have to ask...
