We should follow China has they have had less than 10 deaths since mid April. Clearly they got it figured out.

Take this with a grain of salt as it was screenshot of a statement made on Facebook.WestlinnDuck said:The media will lie. Cases going up is great news as long as hospitalizations and deaths are flat.
Have a ways to go for the chicom crud to catch up with the 1958 Asian Flu. And that's with massive cheating on the chicom crud deaths.
Lady says her husband gets COVID, work tells him to stay home until he tests negative twice in a row over x number of days.
He starts feeling better and goes for test. Still positive. Does it again, same result.
The county counted his 3 positive results as 3 individual cases.
This could be a one time thing, small rural county mistake but it’s government we’re talking about here so if true, I wouldn’t be surprised this kinda thing is happening all over the country. -
It is, I posted about this a couple weeks ago. A case doesn't equal a person. Cases is slippery slope of data.CFetters_Nacho_Lover said:

Italy and Sweeden took far different approaches to the virus, yet the deaths per million are about the same. Sweeden has arrived at heard immunity without a lock down of its economy.MikeDamone said:Example of how the media spins
USA is not the “worst affected country”.

It’s barely in the top 10.

Now imagine how often someone in the hospital is tested, probably every other day? Until they test negative twice?CFetters_Nacho_Lover said:

Cases are real, so don’t twist -
Who would have guessed after super long lock downs in Europe that they would be seeing a rise in cases when they reopened? Who would have guessed that? What country opened back up earlier than Europe, took a bunch of shit and saw a rise in cases that is starting to go down now? Hmm. Weird. There was another country out there that didn’t really close at all, got a TON of shit for it, and they seem to be almost out the other side of this thing. Hmm. Seems like all the predictions a bunch of hard asses on a football fan bored were saying based on numbers, math and available internet data were right. Hmm. Grim.

Some of the testing has a significant false positive rate. Any follow up test that shows negative for the chicom crud doesn't negate the original reporting of a positive case.

Sources say the grimmest of all years unless Biden wins and the Democrats take the Senate and keep the House.LoneStarDawg said:
