Most black people don't believe what Nick Cannon is talking about. It's mainly a NY Nation of Islam type of conspiracy theory bullshit. It's akin to people thinking Hillary Clinton is molesting kids beneath a pizza restaurant.

The thing is, if a black person is perceived to be bearing the brunt of the "white power" system, then that black person becomes a de facto rallying point.
