If only there was some sort of organization this person could call to take a statement, research the incident, and then detain a suspect based on facts in order to recover items and/or stop it from happening again.

Phase 3 is for the hard core “revolutionaries.” Antifa, professional agitators, & true rabble rousers who may be able to fend off the 1st 2 Phases. Volume will go to 11 for this gem
