I always hate this sh*t. It's a legal product and subject to a strict federal background check. So, if John steals a legal Glock from a car and then shots himself while trying to figure out how it works - in the dazzler's dream world that would be actionable. Just like the cigarette cases. The crime of selling a legal product that every reasonable person knew that it caused cancer? Dazzler, you represent the worst of America. The nanny state in which the tort lobby extorts billions of dollars from American industry which is passed on to consumers.
