We need a homeless lockdown! Only essential homeless workers will be able to move about or beg! Wear a mask of some sort (old underwear works well) maintain six foot spacing while begging and provide a means of contactless begging deposits. -

Yep, you’ll be forced to get them to be considered a normal consumer.
