I'm hearing Donovan is lobbying for him to come back to Washington with his NFL background.

He's and X's and O's kind of guy.

That would be cool. I just looked up Strausser. OL coach of the Colts, an OL that gave up the fewest sacks in the NFL. The talent is already here. Fuck what anybody says, Strausser is a huge upgrade over Huff coaching wise.

Edit: 6th in rushing too. Strausser can coach. 2016 was still our best OL. I know PFF has said otherwise, but Coleman had huge holes that year almost every game.

Alabama was the OL’s only shitty game and that was a loaded front 7. We haven’t faced one close to as good since.
He could do something with this OL talent, his issue was never coaching, but he was so bad at recruiting. He had to go

He was a really fucking good OL coach. The lines he coached moved as a unit and straight mowed through teams. I remember Trey Adams being interviewed after Huff was hired and Softy or whoever asked what he thought of Huff and he just said, "I'm sure he'll be fine but Chris Strsusser was the best coach I've ever played for." Obviously his interest in recruiting was a big issue and the NFL is probably a much better place for him.

I'm hoping Huff can put it together because his recruiting chops are exceptional. So far our lines have looked "confused" under his leadership.

As a replacement for Huff or as some kind of consultant?

Not sure about Lil Jimmy but his podcast co-host and the B2DW crew have been dead wrong on all the rumors they've been putting out recently
    -GA coming to UW
    -KB fired
-Eason, Salvon and Hunter coming back
-Moore and Lashlee the only guys Jimmy interviewed for OC
This x1000000 except remove the word "recently"

If Jimmy can’t find coaches who can recruit as well as coach then he can fuck off straight to hell.

Huff recruits like a madman, but seems mediocre as a coach. Strausser was a really good coach, but a fucking disaster as a recruiter.

We shouldn’t have to settle for one or the other. Get a dude who can do both. It’s not that complicated.

    It's hard.

    It takes a minute.
