Had the same purchasing power as $235,730.00 in 2019. Pete in year 6 was making 18 times what DJ did in year 10. College sports corch chinflation is a god damned joke.

Coaches couldn't afford to fag out like Pete

I don't miss Pete, I don't thank him, I don't think he was anything special.

    He's dead to me.

I don't have any hard feelings towards Pete. I tailgated in Hotlanta and Pasadena which was kewl and I think him for that.

But he couldn't hack it in the big time. He took a lotta fucking money and run.

Every month? If so, they are doing just fine.

I’m in LIPO mode with regard to my feelings about Petersen. I went from worshiping the man to being bitterly disappointed all within in the span of a year.

Fair or not, my final assessment will hinge on what he does next. If he gracefully rides off into the sunset and takes a television analyst job or permanent position in the BSU or UW AD, I’ll be like, “hey, he did a lot good for the program. Thank you for that.”

    BUT...

If he goes and takes another job next year at another school, especially a PAC 12 school, then I’ll be pissed.
If he must take another jerb, I want it to be for #MyIrish.

I think he's done with big tim coaching though.

Dreams of NFL riches makes players sit out bowl games. Budweiser and pick up ads make it possible for Pete rake in 4.3 million, not WA tax payers.

Sure. We must not have had capitalism back in 1985.

Hint: creative destruction changes viewing habits. As such Budweiser and Ford are willing to pay bigger dollars than ever before to place their ads in front of a live audience.

How many Husky games were on live TV per year in 1985?
