It's a bad, petty decision and the explanation was even worse. Whether Trump Co. "profits"—getting $1 more than expenses—from this, this hosting covers overhead his company otherwise would have to pay.
According to NPR this morning, a federal court has never ruled on the meaning of "emoluments." I thought that was pretty damn interesting.
