Eastern Washington: Mad River, Taneum River trail.
So eastern Oregon wins on beer and asphalt, eastern Washington wins on amazing dirt. In-laws live in Wenatchee, and they're super cool, so tie goes to Washington. -
Bend is west of the center of Oregon. I wouldn't call it Western Oregon but it damn sure isn't Eastern.
