Hey now, we can't be comparing entire states to big little cities now. Reno is the tits and I won't be convinced otherwise. What I have within 3 hours is easily on par with what Seattle and Portland have within 3 hours. FOH. They're all great.

Bend is in Central Oregon. The Washington comparison would be the Leavenworth/Chelan/Wenatchee area, which is probably my favorite place in the states.
Except I-90 is the high volume E/W route, so the massive growth is going to be in Upper and Lower Kittitas. That there is the near-term future of Cle Elum.
