I remember when I challenged @Tequilla to write a legitimate haiku for the TSIO podcast, and that I’d pay for a standard supporter badge for him as a reward. He promptly told me to fuck off on the next episode of the podcast yet made a good faith effort at the traditional 5-7-5 structure (I think he was off by one syllable off or something). “Close enough” I said and told him I was ready to pay up. He said rather than pay for a badge, to donate the money to the Red Cross (this was right after Hurricane Harvey). Nebraska classy.
Plus his Aaron Feld impression cracks me up.
@creepycoug gave me this response a few years ago after I inquired what sites I should visit in Eugene during a business trip:
If "work" sends you to Eugene, you're probably a flunky for a flunky organization, in which case (1) quit acting like you have a Wharton MBA and its beneath you to head down there, and (2) maybe just consider checking out become you're always going to be lower middle class.
Heh.
Since then Creep and I had a sit down. We knew vengeance would not bring the people we lost back. But, he knows if some unfortunate flagged poast might befall me, or I get struck by a bolt of lightning, well, I'm going to blame some of the people on this bored...starting with him. And that I do not forgive.
So Creep, that aside, I assure you that I will not be the one to break the peace we made that day.
Edit: this is my long winded way of saying I like both poasters.

Anything I can do based on my name, reputation, etc for good I’m ALWAYS behind
To this day, it blows my mind that people recognize me and my voice in public or want to meet me ... it really is humbling to be in that position ... and I’m really nothing in the grand scheme of things

It's not even that you're a heel, you just post shit like this.

This is to be lauded not shunned. You are in a safe space here.

Not even close to the high priority for me
I play my schtick ... I know how to play a heel
But it’s NEVER about me
Anything I can do based on my name, reputation, etc for good I’m ALWAYS behind

If you know me then it makes all the sense in the world
