No way mang. It's supposed to only barely hit low 30's into next week and night time will be in the teens and low 20's. Going to be Frozen Death Ice on the side streets well into next week.

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 10
inches possible. There remains uncertainty in the details. A few
areas could see a foot of snow while a few other locations may
only see 2-4 inches. Windy conditions will develop late Friday
night into Saturday with north winds 15 to 30 mph and gusts to
40 mph with local blowing snow possible. Temperatures late
Friday night through Saturday will fall through the 20s.

* WHERE...Seattle, Everett, Tacoma, Bremerton, Bellevue, North
Bend, Redmond, and Kent.

* WHEN...From Friday afternoon through Saturday afternoon.
Heaviest snowfall accumulations are most likely Friday night
into Saturday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult to
impossible.

Dorpat said Jan. 30, the day before the storm hit, was a Sunday, and about 3,000 skaters descended on a frozen Green Lake as part of a fun "day of rest" event that lasted well into the evening with bonfires along the shores.
