I was a svelte 170 lbs at 5"10 when I retired from the Navy. When I met CLS 18 months ago I was a less svelte 180 thanks to beer and being lazy. Just over 190 now 18 months later, but most of it has been since I stopped doing blow. Really need to get back on drugs soon I think. For my health.

True story. One year removed from high school I tried out and made the Ducks spring football team. I was about 200 pounds then and 6'3". I actually played free safety in high school, and they tried to get me to play linebacker at Oregon, but after three weeks I got cut. I was way too small (skinny) back then. I also ran a mid 4.8 40, which wasn't great even back then. I hit the weights hard that year to try and walk on the following year, and beefed up to 225 and about 7% body fat, but by the time tryouts came, I was like...fuck it.
