Glad to hear that Petersen is willing to look outside of the OKG mold for a new coach.

I mean, I think it would take a hell of a lot to get yourself kicked off of a Dennis Erickson coached team.

From 2009-13, Adams was the wide receivers coach on Beau Baldwin’s staff at Eastern Washington.

Adams recruited Cooper Kupp to EWU, and Kupp went on to set an FCS record with 73 career touchdown receptions for the Eagles and was a 2017 third-round NFL draft pick by the Los Angeles Rams.

“(Adams is) just a technician with the position,” Baldwin told the Idaho Statesman in 2014. “He has an incredible day-to-day process of developing guys. I saw him take eight guys from where they were as freshmen to where they were as seniors. He does as good a job as any coach I’ve ever seen in that regard. It showed in the product on the field.”

Nice job missing the point that he evaluated the talent regardless of who else recruited him, and then coached him into becoming a very solid receiver. Eventually good enough for the NFL.

This is why the frats hired rugby as security. No one had a schollie to lose or a fuck to give about a little fighting. Never hurts when 15 guys are used to telling the same story either. Our team sucked so bad in the late 2000's no one feared the football JAGS anyways. Had quite a few incidents with the football players that were pretty fun and entertaining. Never had to have the police involved. Watched my 140lb fullback talk shit and tell some football players to go "cry to Ty" if they didn't like getting kicked out of a party, "Maybe if you spent more time practicing and less time partying you could win a fucking game."
