    Portland could get the 4,5,6,7, or 8 seed and it won't matter. They will lose to the Warriors, Rockets, and Spurs in 4 games, maybe 5 if they are lucky. If they play the Wolves or Thunder in the first round they could maybe make it 6 games if they are lucky, but could still get swept.

    The NBA is garbage. Unless you are a fan of the Warriors, Rockets, Spurs, Celtics, or Cavs, you are wasting your time. Somebody should tell Adam Silver that creating a system where 25/30 teams have nothing to look forward to is not a great business model. The NBA needs a hard cap
