I went back and watched Dissly's hudl to compare because they are similar sizes. Quentin Moore looks a lot more athletic and looks to have a bigger frame than Dissly. I really like Moore's feet for how big he is and the film of him on kickoff shows his top end speed. Not sure exactly where he would play in college but the guy is a great athlete for his size.
