Trailers don't have basements. I am digging a large hole beside the trailer I am going to call a basement. But it will really just be a big hole.

3) is your basement wired for electricity, or do you run an extension chord up the steps ?

I was in the mood for a simple binary question pole, but these are all worthwhile suggestions. My basement does have running water and electricity, but I do have to take a trapped rat out to the garbage once in a while. Rats seem to lover our fair city.
