The difference between us and the other 5 teams is ridiculous. When he decides not to come here it's because he's looked himself in the mirror and decided that winning and player development are not his most important factors. Like I get wanting to stay home, and that's fine, but its annoying from my completely biased perspective.

That's why I'd say that this list is very encouraging to me ...
SMU is the local school and getting a shoutout ... but it's in an inferior conference and not good in that conference. That's the 6th school.
Texas Tech sucks ... plain and simple. The appeal there is that he probably could come in and play right away. But if he does any kind of look at defensive players from Tech that get drafted that should eliminate them.
Colorado is nice and all but we're better than them in all material accounts except for distance. I'll take my chances against them.
Arkansas is an interesting school in that it's the only SEC school in the running. It's a decent program but by the way of the SEC West it's somewhere between the 4th and 7th best school in a 7 team division.
Baylor is the prime competition. Matt Rhule is a good coach and he's got a history of getting the most out of a defense and its players. I do wonder how long he'll stay at Baylor (if I was TAMU I would go hard after him once I fired Sumlin but that's just me). But that program as a whole is still a dumpster fire and we'll see what happens.
In the grand scheme of things though, the only program in his Top 6 that has a chance to be a legit conference championship contender during his time in college is UW. So we have that going for us.
I don't think he's ever even been here before. We just happen to be a shiny national offer for him to hype up his commitment. 0% chance he commits here.

He announced a decision date the day after he got back from Arkansas... Not too hard to read this one.

So they're sending the exact same shitty 70s sci-fi movie poster to every croot?
Custom graphics? In this economy???
Well they just "upgraded" the locker room to look like the champagne room in a mid-range Estonian strip club, so they must have some money lying around.

Heard Pete made Malloe pick up the sticky singles off the floor as punishment for his recruiting efforts.
