Woosh? But seriously, he needs some technique work. He's not going to be able to to throw Pac-12 linemen to the ground like he's doing in high school (except for against Cal I guess). That being said, I like that he plays a little nasty.

I got the sacrasam.
Any excuse to poast Angry Gabe getting his comeuppance is a good excuse.
The plan was to take 3 guys. So if jones were to commit this weekend. And curne very possibly coming on board soon aftdr. I wonder if they are willing to take a commit from ale
What makes you think we're on top for Jones?
That was more of an if than an I think. This will be what his 3rd visit? I think it's possible
I watched his video. He's not very nice to players on other teams. Not sure he's an OKG.
disagree
I love King Going to miss that fucker on defense. I'm not worried about the safeties, but the corners are going to have to step up.
I think it's going to be a lot like 2014 where the new corners struggle a bit in the preseason and everybody freaks out then by mid conference they are fucking stellar. Murphy's going to be a star and Miller's going to be just like King - overshadowed but damn good and drafted very high.

Bonus points that Miller's mom is a good sport on twatter

Jordan Miller and Byron Murphy are way more prepared than our guys were in 14.
Miller is a junior, has played a bit and looked really good. He was a star in spring. That is way more experience than what Sid, Budda, Gardy or Hale had in 14.
Murphy is a RS Fr. He's been in the defense a year and they knew he would likely start. He will be good fast.
Joyner is a classic case where - even though he's struggled a little, guys with this staff get better. He should be good.
Bryant played last year and looked good. Was also a star in spring.
Then you add to that RS frosh Kent Love who has talent and maybe Elijah Molden.
Look, I love Kev, Budda and Sid as much as anyone; but it's clear to me that our team's success has been because we get the most out of talented players. We have talent. We will be good.
My guess is that they play better than average with peaks and valleys through Colorado, then they lock down and begin the road the greatness in Pac-12 play.
Murphy is special and I suspect Miller will be very King like.

Agree with all this. But the standards are also higher than they were in 2014. Miller and Murphy will be better than our corners were at the beginning of 14 but people will still freak out about them early.
They're going to be damn good though.
Really interested to see how Joyner responds to not getting a starting gig.
