Doesn't really wow, but seems to have good hips, range and ball skills. His backpedal is fluid for someone 6'4", definitely something to work with here. Apparently (according to him) his Vertical jump is 38.5" already.
I think this kid is a pretty big UW lean. Everyone was looking at him at WR, Lake comes along and offers him at safety. Now after his junior season, his twitter Bio lists him as a SS and so does his junior HUDL video. A few weeks back he also said UW was the team giving him the most attention.
I know he's white and all, but I really like his tape. Raw in some areas, but the Height-Weight-Speed is really there and seems to be able to jump out of the room.

I'm for this if only because UW taking a white DB is guaranteed to make DDY's head Asaplode.
I don't see safety speed. Looks like a future LB to me. Maybe Jimmy is trying to help Coach K out with Buck/Sam recruiting by doing the old bait and switch.
We offered this kid in May, I'm not sure that's the case. But like the old adage, things can change.
Got an offer from USC and Nansen last week. Plans on officials to ASU, Michigan, USC, and UW during the summer with a commitment at the end of summer or as fall starts.
To no one's surprise he loves Lake and loves the way UW develops DB's, but to no one's bigger surprised he was instantly excited USC's offer.
I like him and would be happy if UW took him at safety. Big frame I enjoy. But I won't be sad when he commits to USC.
