I took down yesterday's article

Back in 2012 when I was in the planning stages of Hardcore Husky, I wrote down all the things that I wanted the website to be. One of my notes emphasized that the front page should not have cursing and sophomoric hijinx. I felt that the site could never reach its full potential unless the front page carried legit articles and a professional tone.

And here I was yesterday, posting an article that was full of cursing and retarded jokes that would not make sense to outsiders. I realized that I strayed off course and needed to get back to the plan.

I've been pondering for several months whether to eliminate the front page and just have message boards. I haven't done it because I suspect I would eventually regret it.

I am not sure how the article strayed off course. It encompassed the entire tone of the forum. I rather enjoyed it myself.

I'm not sure a short article on occasion is going to "class up" the joint?
