So with this being official now, they should be required by fucking law to change their whole intro (which I assume they will in order to sound like doogs and get more "access"). But of course, just like Kim, I'm sure you "couldn't care less about access.

But the specific line I'm referencing in the opening of every podcast (tha fuck??) is when chest says "No agendas, no upper campus to coat-tail to." Haha like they're some renegade operation who has the courage to call a spade a spade. And I wish they would continue to call it like they see it. But I can absolutely understand the tough decisions that have to be made when you hit the bigtime like Wednesday evening timeslots in Friday Harbor.

Oh, and you can go ahead and take "no holds barred" out of your intro now, as well.

This is a fucking sad day. This website, and that podcast, kind of launched the neo-HHB movement or whatever the fuck. I'll always like those dudes, but this move is completely counter to the last three plus years, and everything they said and did to get a foothold in the "hardcore fan" market. I wish them well, but going mainstream sucks balls. Hope it's worth it.

I don't have a problem with it. I'm sure when they started the podcast they didn't realize it could become something significant for them. In order to get the market share they want they have to change some things. Not the decision I would have hoped they would make but I understand it. And unlike Kim, chest openly acknowledged its about access.

Personally IDGAF about access and player/coach interviews, which is why this site is perfect for me. But I really most sports fans do. Those interviews will grow their brand a lot faster than discussing motorboating the AD will.

I just hope they don't stop posting here. Register new handles if you need to. But you guys are a big part of this community, don't make this a real later guys and ditch the boreds.

Regarding access to UW and comparison to Kim, I agree the circumstances are different and I also understand you've been pulling in some quality guests like Jimmy Lake.

Agree with DNC re: don't stop posting. As disappointing as this about face is to me, I'm not going all whiney bitch about it. All three of those motherfuckers bring a ton to the boreds. Get new handles, continue the motorboat and then have your suit and tie podcast elsewhere. Everyone wins, sort of.
