I think he's a slam dunk to stay committed. If he wants to go to the NFL, what other staff can coach him up better?
Sydney Jones will be gone after next year, so will King. You have Gardenhire and that Miller kid from Oceanside (fwiw he has size but wasn't too impressed with him when I saw him play Folsom High. He's been pretty much invisible to me this year so I couldn't comment on his progress as a collegiate which probably means he should have redshirted).
Love's size and hitting ability makes him a candidate to play safety too, so depending on how it shakes out there is a lot of opportunity to step in right away and play. You're looking no worse than being in the two deeps a RS-Frosh.
Kim said today that it wouldn't be a shock if David Long commits on his visit next weekend. There's a posibility that may make Love pick somewhere else although 1 of the 3 (including Gilchrist) will probably end up at safety
In today's modern game of football where you have teams routinely playing with 3-4 WRs on each play, you can't have enough high caliber DBs that can cover.
I feel pretty good about this one. We've had our share of scares during the Pete era, but no one has ever de-committed outside of Jalen Greene, and that was kind of a different story.
From everything I read, he wants to go to UW but his parents want him at USC or UCLA. Biggins said today that he believes Kentrell will stay solid to UW. I'm sure #cardboardpete will be stopping by the household soon to remind him of who showed him the love first.
One thing not helping USC at the moment is the fact that they just fired Heyward ... who is better than most DB coaches. So far, Helton is prioritizing recruiting over play development in his coaches (wrong direction to go as a SC coach).
For a kid that wants to play in the NFL, you have a NFL caliber position coach at UW. There's a reason why our DB recruiting (and player development) has been very solid the last few years.

USC is pretty much out of it. The question is if he can turn down the NFL star developing prowess of Demetrice Martin.

Mora will probably give his left nut for the Miami job also. Lipo.

Also their depth chart at DB is pretty deep. Adoree, Biggie Marshall, Isiah Langley, a few others, they're probably getting Jack Jones from LB Poly who may be better than all of them. Safety is equally deep.
Not sure why they fired Heyward. He's completely kicked ass a recruiter, and I don't think his coaching was all that bad either. Probably wanted to allow new DC to hire his own guy.

So far you'd be 47/48. That's even better than 81%.
That USC coaching staff not even guaranteed to be there 4 years
