Nice block by #82. He really gave it his all. Not that it mattered with FSMickens.
pretty sure he heard lenius telling mickens to quit being a bitch, and knew the sideline would tackle mickens way before 51 ever got a hand on him
Decent blocks by Perkins and Lineus, and all that is between Mickens and a TD is a safety 10 yards down the field. And it was clearly an audible by Browning. Great call, horrible execution.
No shit on Perkins. I missed that. He gives the backer a bump then proceeds to watch the play. This is a real concern with this football team, because shit like that isn't technique as much as it's focus and aggression. Either the players have it or they don't. You can't run screens with soft and lazy blocking which is what you have here.
I know this is from a couple years ago, but look at the penetration the receivers get. You'll see receivers driving back defenders 5-10 yards downfield.

just envisioned Dwash running into the back of those blockers for a 5 yard gain.
Lenius didn't get "completely destroyed." He had his man blocked well enough to make the play work. The corner made a fortuitous play by selling out to defend the sideline. All Mickens has to do is read the block and step inside, and he's off to the races.

People who should never play again: Everyone who Sark ever recruited.
Qualls, Mathis, Victor. Everyone else can DIAFF.
How did Sark end up taking a guy like Jamora/Kikaha? A guy who over-achieves because of effort, hard work and determination. Blind squirrel.
He probably just sent Nansen on a booze tour through Hawaii and Nansen gave him a thumbs up on the offer because he forgot to go to the game.
Holt recruited the defense well when he was here. Trufant, Peters, Kikaha, Shelton, Parker, Ducre, and Sample were all commits under Holt. Can't say the same about Wilcox, though Mathis, Qualls, and Victor seem to warrant some praise.

Edit: Sorry but somehow the video doesn't work.
Josh Perkins' block was not even close to a decent attempt. It was a small shove and then he gave up completely before MickFS even makes the catch.
