There's no upper level / NFL talent left from the 2011 and 2012 classes except for maybe Dwayne Washington. Josh Perkins may have a slight chance but needs to be playing at closer to 240 lbs so that he can add more in the running game.

I used to be more bullish on Dex Charles he's had problems staying healthy and that's slowed him down.

I've done this in the past. Have a spreadsheet going back to 2009 I think with all recruiting classes in the conference. UW is towards the bottom of the conference with attrition (off top of my head Cal and WSU are worse). Two teams in that time period that don't have much attrition are Oregon and Stanford.

I'd post our data, but I'm too lazy to do it right now.
