The SECW team did better against the same opponent. Stop blaming the fucktarded CFP committee for their refusal to schedule a REAL Rose Bowl on New Year's Day.Fire_Marshall_Bill said:
The Pac 12 North team made it further than the SECW team. Are we done here?TierbsHsotBoobs said:
They couldn't even beat Boise State in Glendale. Shit, they barely beat Nevada in Tucson.Fire_Marshall_Bill said:
I'll bet Arizona would have beaten the Hoosiers in Tucson.TierbsHsotBoobs said:Reason number 7,810 why the SEC SEC SEC is still better than the Pac-12:
The only head coaches behind him? Washington State’s Mike Leach, Cal’s Sonny Dykes and Colorado’s Mike MacIntyre, who together have combined to win just 28 percent of their games since joining the conference.
Topping the list by Athlon’s Steven Lassan is Todd Graham of ASU, followed by Rich Rodriguez of Arizona. Conference newcomer Gary Andersen at Oregon State is ranked sixth.
Just for fun, let's call the Pac-12 South and SEC East a push. Want to compare the Pac-12 North with the SEC West? -
Unlike Riley, Whittingham is good enough to justify a move up.priapism said:Shaw isn't recruiting very well at the skill positions, I suspect Furd is going to go back to their losing ways soon...just stack the D on the line against Furd all game long now, they're out of receivers and TEs now.
I think Whittingham is a good coach for what athletes he has, but it would be wise for him to do what Riley did after this next season.
The Pirate has taken cuogin-it to the next level. I hope he keeps winning just enough not to be fired.
Mora and Sark are passive-aggressive, drama Queens after a bad game. I'm glad they're both in LA. -
Disagree. Some of the worst coaching I have ever seen late in the UCLA game.TierbsHsotBoobs said:

38% conference win pct is always special.TierbsHsotBoobs said:

But how is boobs a fucktard?

I think Gary Anderson is legit, if you put Petersen up at #1 Anderson shouldn't be too far behind. What he did at Wisconsin with a QB worse than Miles is holy shit wow.
-
Listen, writers at Athlon are bottom of the barrel dipshits. Whoever put Rodriguez at #2 had brain freeze and squeaked that out their ass. Pretty obvious David Shaw deserves to be at the top. What to expect from east-coast SEC ball licking 'college football experts"
Back in the 90's Athlon was ok. Now its unreadable. You werent born then Tommy, J...trust me it was better then.
Has Rodriguez or Graham won the pac12 yet? Fuck no. By Athlon's logic Petersen should be #1. Shaw has won it twice, Billy Bob got to national title game. Rich Rod got to fiesta by default in horrible pac 12 south(Washington beat them, on their field at home, with Cyrus at QB...case closed), Graham has a holiday bowl and another wortless Tom Hansen bowl on his resume, whoopie-fucking-doo.
If Graham cant win a big game, and Arizona will never win the pac12, how did Athlon come to these conclusions? Just embarrassing to read this shit. If you wanted a real and accurate list of pac12 order, should have just asked puppy. -
With all the redneck cotton and tobacco money the SEC throws around, you'd think their East winner would be able to beat lowly Indiana and distance themselves from conferences in which David Shaw is considered a top three coach and Duke makes a championship game. I mean, Missouri is better than Georgia right?
Okay, sorry, no more threadjacks.
Graham has to be top three. He's not an all-time great or anything, but he gets results from a historically underachieving team.

look at UCLA under Mora? He won the south in his 2nd year, and off hand I think he won it his 1st. I dont think he's #3 (more like 4-5), but has an equal claim with Graham.

How is it again he can follow Neuheisel the program destroyer and make it to the Pac 12 South championship twice? Either Mora is a good coach, or Neu is not as bad as some think?
