    That's simply not an accurate thing to say. A guy like Roebuck flashed big time as a true frosh while those guys didn't do squat until they were older.

    And neither of them looked like Chris Lawson, 6'1" WR with good hands and a 4 star ranking / offer list to boot.

    We'll also see how Marcus Harris looks as a RS-Frosh, he may have had a leg issue (hammy?) that prevented him from playing.

    So RVB could have hit the portal because he was likely going to be the 3rd best WR in that class and maybe even 4th if Marcus Harris gets healthy.

    Roebuck is solid, but to me also looks like a guy who is what he is. He doesn't have any unique physical traits that suggest he can become a superstar.

    The other guys you're talking about have done nothing on a football field in college.

    I love Roebuck but he would be your 2nd best WR on a good team. And after him it's all JAGs and unknowns. Talented true freshman coming in won't fill your WR1 spot
