I see that modern college football…

Is still like solving a Rubik’s Cube in the dark for the Miami Hurricanes head coach.

Having to regularly face Ohio St, Michigan, Penn St, USC, and a UW that might care about football again will likely fuck up the maff here, but no coach should ever leave the comfy confines of Oregon. Yeah, you have to live in Eugene, but it is clear that any idiot can recruit and win 10 games a year in that magic bubble.

Oh well. Off season natty still in play.

I think offseason natty is gonna be pretty hard to claim based off this bowl game and fuckery done by meat during the season, his seat is too warm.

I’m thinkin offseason ny6 (not including playoffs) is your ceiling.

I'm maybe the only guysm left here that still loves the fuck out of Petersman, but, considering what all's transpired since, his winless record against Meat remains to me the greatest mystery of his entire tenure at UW.

    Chris Petersen against Oregon

Except those two times he beat them by a combined 108-24.

    Butt still.

No mystery about it. He prioritized the O line and ran the ball up UW's butter bean. When you can do it, it still works. When you can't but continue to try, it's about as ugly as it gets in football.

No great riddle to be solved here guysms.

Now you're going to start "when Oregon was down" sub-threads, and frankly, they learned that trick from the best.

Playing for a shot at a natty and recalling Chris Petersen's big wins against Oregon 7 or 8 years ago is not the look of an aspiring blue blood. Saban literally can't remember who he beat for his second (or third) natty.

I'm thinkin you don't know what the definition of off-season natty is.

This thread reminded me they were playing. Saw the score not the game. JFC.

At least he’s doing that so when someone comes in who can hopefully coach he’ll have full cupboards like the ones that were left for that one guy who can’t beat Washington.

Sorry to hear about the divorce Mrs. Cristobal.
Oh and Three. I can see why you're keeping tabs on your ex-lover.
    Oh and Too vs FSU.

Sounds like you get to keep the 3-0 vs UW trophy in the settlement though.

"Triggered" jumped the shark about two years ago. I'm just choosing to not aggregate responses. Emotionally, I'm pretty stable these days. Not like Mike, who despite protestations to the contrary cares quite a lot.

And against UNC. It doesn't hurt that much when things are this bad. The grace of acceptance sets in. It's when they're close, but no cigar, that it stings. You may tell everyone you don't care, but inside, you do. Your act is not that convincing.

As to 3 and 0, that just won't go. Look the euphoria your friends in Seattle are experiencing and tell me that 3 and 0, or at least 1 and 2, doesn't sound pretty good right now.
