I repeat, Washington played mediocre, Penix was off, crowd was 80-20 in favor of Texas in Texas, Ewers had his career high passing (until yesterday), and we still won.

I think this Texas team is better than the one that played in the Alamo. This Washington team is a LOT better than the one that played in the Alamo. Sark can sometimes weirdly get his shit together for a big game (see Alabama this year, Boise State in the '13 opener, etc.). He can also weirdly shit the bed in prep and embarrass himself. He's really a random number generator.
I like Washington in this one. Still pissed that back-your-way-in Texas essentially gets homefield advantage. -
