Biden appoints a judge who doesn't know the law and H is all over posters here about whether they knew the law

Imagine a so called lawyer making arguments like that

It will only get better as standards are reduced and erased for law school. I mean H allegedly passed law school and the bar 80 years ago. Worse than that

So you didn't know what the term refers to even though "everyone" does, allegedly.

Is the name or the principle more important?

    Don't hurt yourself.
Biden didn't appoint me nor am I a sitting judge but good one I guess

What did I say about your retarded argument?
I think avoiding the question was the right move for you.

    Can’t be too careful.
    What question?

Biden appointed a moron ignorant of the law

I'm not a judge nor did Biden appoint me

    Keep chasing that rabbit

Dazzler gargling Biden's balls - Yeah the guy is an unqualified AA appointment who doesn't know even the most basic parts of the job, but let me tell you why that's the a good thing.

He only needs to know that he is a paid political hack and his job is to support dems. Of course, the dazzler says he supports the equal application of the law, it's just not a voting issue for him and certainly not a requirement for a federal judge. If a January 6th brady appeal hits this dudes desk, he already has his DENIED stamp ready.

Just because you were able to pass the WA Bar exam on your second attempt and you’re a “practicing” attorney doesn’t mean you know much about the law, specifically criminal law. That was well established as far back as eDuck days.

You continue pretending you have some kind of superior intellect. No one is fooled. Sled spells out the truth of the matter and your response is to call him a “mall cop”.

Specifically, what kind of law do you practice and who do you represent?

Take the L and run along, Hack.

Funny you mentioned the Bar Exam, Detective. If ever there was a time that this super important label that every (corrupt) cop knows should have come up it would have been in the Bar Review course. It didn’t.

Of course the term is actually little used in most states, if it is used at all. Screaming that everyone knows the label it is a pathetic game played for rubes like yourself by your right wing influencers. Even as gotchas go, this one is pretty stupid.

Everyone who works in criminal law knows what a Brady motion is. It’s part of the day to day job.
I’m sure you’re also not aware that turning over the disciplinary files of every special agent testifying in a case is also routine. Any investigations where their truthfulness is questioned removes them from testifying, i.e., prosecutor will not use them.

Take a refresher course on criminal law, rules and procedures.

BTW: Remember when you were so certain every FBI agent had a law degree?

Who is the rube, you hack?

Part of your day to day job was hiding evidence? They say admitting it is the first step.

Good thing someone who is a judge does't need to know anything about criminal law.

Funny when you'd bust two dudes having sex in public and one of them would say "I'm an attorney" but when asked for their bar card they'd refuse. Strange. So were you the pitcher or the catcher when I busted you Dazzler?

You could do better . . . You already have the Fuck Off record (31K) that will never be broken. Why do you even bother?

Admitting you’re an asshole and rarely funny is the first step.

How can you be wrong on virtually every (criminal) legal topic and shamelessly run your mouth?

    Hands Up, Don’t Shoot MFer!

Fuck, I even know what that is.

Now all the girls are going to pretend that a "Brady motion" is a commonly seen thing and a frequently used term so they can play gotcha along with Senator Kennedy.

It isn't, of course. A majority of Daddy's nominees are thankful Kennedy didn't ask them about it.
    Must

    Defend

    Everything

    But TRUMP

    Daddy

The girls aren't nominated to be a judge

    Guess you didn't know either

    Matchbook law school grad
Race pretends he knew the term.

If he didn't know exculpatory evidence has to be shared with the defense, that would be surprising. That he didn't know the defense tool for challenging the prosecution's adherence to that principle is called a "Brady motion", is not that surprising. Most lawyers don't practice criminal law. He's never presided over a criminal case.
Sounds like a great nominee for Judge then.

Yeah he hasn’t memorized all US law. Unlike the rest of the judiciary.

Nominees for judicial positions should be able answer tougher legal questions than "how many people are on a jury?", Dazzler.

Though - how many people are on a jury, Dazzler?

    It depends, Madam.
