It's funny. Lots of posters left because in their minds this site is a right wing Nazi party, and if you are in the Tug, which is overwhelmingly right (because all the libs left), it probably does feel that way to left thinking persons. But, the upvote downvote ratio to comments in this thread proves, to me at least, this is still a forum with a Seattle/West Coast base and that base is left of center BIGLY. Interesting stuff.
