I think that there's a really good chance that we're 11-2 this season.
I have no problem "dooging out" for Petersen ... it's nice to have a grown up coach coaching a grown up program that expects to fucking win.
Bottom line is that Petersen gets that we're Washington damnit.
Doogs never expect 11-2.
Meh. It's the offseason, Doogs have standards in the offseason.
Not say Tequilla will be 11-2 will soon turn to 8-5. Yet we are the "shit" fans.
Not exactly... Sark would throw out the 10-11 win offseason 'expectation' and doogs would dismiss it as unrealistic given the legacy of owen twelve.
Those same doogs have suddenly developed an 11 win first year minimum for Peterman. Failing this 'proves' Peterman just isn't ready to coach at this level.
I came into this "Chris Petersen" expecting people actually talking about football for once. I do see some football talk but I just wanted to make another post complaining about the lack of discussion (in June).
I've been fairly consistent in thinking that this schedule is set up for us to have a very successful year. The OOC is a dreckfest 4-0. Dude Brah was a 5-4 conference coach and we've assumed that he's a -1 to -2 HC while Petersen is somewhere in the +1 to +2 HC.
I'm sure that there will be growing pains in his first year. However, I don't see any reason why we can't go 7-2 in conference this year.
I'd be disappointed if we pulled another 5-4 conference season.
I would be jumping up and down about a 6-3 conference season ... but that's still an improvement and doing so with a 1st year starting QB (although I do think that Miles will end up being a better QB for us than what Price was able to give).

Divided? Ours was too. For years. Still is. Hi Kim!
