Tryon is a talented guy who doesn’t have great football instincts. He was a first round pick so I don’t see the argument that it was a bad decision. It is what it is.

USC always starts hot, gets big tim kids to commit early and then loses a third of them to flips as the process goes on. If it was truly down to Utah, USC and UW, I’d say the Huskies still have a pretty good shot at flipping Tafa. It’s not like the Oregon or TOSU bags were in play.

Wonder if Tafa still takes his official visits. I think "we" got the kiss of death of I think Doogman saying his mom told them she would choose him to go to UW right now.

I assume USC is throwing a lot of cash at recruits to commit and generate some program momentum. I'm not saying that in a doog way like we're better than that or shouldn't be doing that.

Sonics are not coming back

Just a guess. Adam silver suddenly mum on expansion. Dallas is following the same playbook as the OKC owners did. Came from Vegas. Majority owner sells out and now has zero say in anything. Arena lease soon to be up for renewal and renovation. They’re going to ask for something the city won’t or can’t approve. Trading away the marketable star players. Now they’ve announced they’re increasing ticket prices 8.9%. Frankly, I don’t care if the franchise comes back because they told me in 08 they were done with me so I couldn’t give a shit but I understand some do want it back and I do have a son that I feel terrible I can’t take him to an NBA game without driving to Portland or getting on an airplane. What’s bizarre is the local media doesn’t even catch on to the Mavericks situation here.
