The heart of the matter as Don Henley would say - the retarded tour championship. I get it that FREDEX is a huge sponsor and pays a lot of money for the year long advertising about the Cup. I've yet to meet anyone that actually cares about it including players. Yes, a 20 million dollar check is always welcome but every pro would trade it for a major.
The tour destroyed the schedule by moving the "playoffs" (PLAYOFFS?) to all of August. Nothing like Memphis in August. The NFL wasn't the problem. The playoffs are

Canadian is next week. Rory wants to play the week before a major. Not everyone does. He doesn’t want to play the two weeks in a row ahead of a major. Last year Memorial was the week before the US Open. Too much packed into May and none of it is that good to get heated about skipping. Plus he’s gonna play a bunch of Europe stuff in September. I’m on Rory’s side on this one.

DeBoer used to say almost nothing and it was a great feature. Just some likes of some Oregon chicks and some X posts demanding that players shouldn't get paid. Then he'd go out and kick everybody's ass.
He's still an elite coach on offense but the whining that him and Bama are doing right now is crazy. Their schedule wasn't astronomically hard. Of course the metrics losers just shit their pants reading that.
He had this problem at Fresno too. Got completely shut down against a mid team and then because he's so reliant on a QB lost to fucking Hawaii because of Haener.

UW hired a guy named Jaleel something as recruiting coordinator. I feel like the uptick in recruiting might have something to do with him or at least coincides with his hire.

Wadood or something like that. I kinda remember him as a big time LA recruit from the Sark years I think? He ended up at UCLA if memory serves. Yeah, agree though, this dude and the local guy they stole from Cal seem to be very good staff additions from the Microfiche.
