They could tell us why but the prospect of enunciating a policy position is outside of their mental capacity. My default position is they wanted the votes and the grift from hundreds of billions being funded through dem NGOs and government employees. The Chamber of Commerce RINOs just wanted the cheap labor and the off loading of costs to the general public.
